The account holder name and IBAN are shared on WhatsApp. Include your name and the agreed appointment date in the payment reference. The appointment is confirmed after receipt is checked. Never send card details through WhatsApp.
Time is reserved for your appointment; travel and preparation are planned for mobile sessions. For client cancellations or no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not remove statutory withdrawal or refund rights. If the provider cancels, the payment is refunded and your other statutory rights remain unaffected. Rescheduling requests are assessed according to availability.
