RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

This policy applies subject to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts and other applicable mandatory legislation. It does not limit consumers’ statutory rights relating to defective goods or other mandatory rights.
1. MANUFACTURING, PRINTING AND SHIPPING ERRORS
A product may be reproduced or exchanged free of charge, or refunded, in the following cases:
• Stitching faults, holes, fabric defects or similar manufacturing defects;
• A design printed incorrectly or differently from the order, noticeable print misalignment, peeling or printing defects;
• Delivery of a size, color, model or product different from the one ordered;
• Documented damage during transit.
For a prompt assessment, please email your order number and clear photographs of the product and affected area to bulenttherapy@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If the review confirms a manufacturing, printing or shipping error, the solution and any necessary return shipping arrangements will be communicated to you in writing. This notification request does not remove consumers’ statutory rights relating to defective goods or statutory time limits for making claims.
2. PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRINTED PRODUCTS
Personalized products prepared according to the customer’s name, image, text, measurements, special request or individual needs and put into production after ordering fall within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal under the Regulation on Distance Contracts. For these products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised unless there is a manufacturing or printing error, a defect or an incorrect delivery; returns or exchanges due to size preference, a change of mind or no longer wanting the product are not available.
Where a standard catalog design is ordered simply by selecting a size or color, whether the product legally qualifies as personalized is assessed according to the particular order and applicable legislation. Consumers retain the 14-day right of withdrawal for standard products to which that right applies by law.
The customer is responsible for selecting the size. We recommend checking the size chart on the product page before ordering.
3. DIGITAL E-BOOKS
E-books are not printed products; they are delivered electronically as digital files. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for electronic services whose immediate performance begins before the withdrawal period ends with the consumer’s prior express consent, or for intangible digital content delivered immediately. The consumer’s express consent is obtained for this purpose before the order is completed and delivery of the digital content begins.
If a file is not delivered, cannot be opened, is corrupted or differs from the file ordered, support can be requested at bulenttherapy@gmail.com. If the technical issue is confirmed, access will be restored or a solution in accordance with applicable legislation will be provided.
4. STANDARD PRODUCTS WITH A RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For standard products that do not fall within an exception, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Written notice of withdrawal must be sent to bulenttherapy@gmail.com together with the order number.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and suitable for resale. Use only to the extent necessary for ordinary inspection is assessed within the scope of this provision. The return carrier, return address and shipping instructions will be provided in writing after notice of withdrawal. Responsibility for return shipping costs is determined by the pre-order information and applicable legislation.
5. CASES IN WHICH RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
For products falling within a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal and in the following customer-related situations, return or exchange requests are not accepted:
• No longer wanting a product made to a personalized request;
• Selecting the wrong size when the correct ordered product was delivered;
• Use, washing or damage resulting from failure to follow use or washing instructions;
• Consequences of incorrect images, spelling, measurements or content supplied by the customer;
• Withdrawal requests after immediate delivery of digital content has begun with express consent.
Defective goods, incorrect products, manufacturing or printing errors and other mandatory statutory rights are excluded from these exceptions.
6. REFUNDS
When a return or withdrawal request is approved, the refund will be made within the statutory period and in accordance with the payment method used for the purchase. The time taken for funds to appear in the account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
