1. PARTIES AND SCOPE
This website and online store are operated by Bülent Ece under the bulenttherapy brand. These terms apply to visitors, members and customers purchasing products or digital content. By using the website and placing an order, you agree to comply with applicable legislation, these terms and the policies published in the store.

2. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
The main characteristics, price, delivery method and any personalization options are shown on the relevant product page. Images may show slight color differences due to screen and photography conditions. The product description, selected variants and information provided before payment form the basis of the order.

3. ORDERS AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
An order is created when the customer reviews and approves the pre-payment information and successfully completes payment. Receipt of the order is confirmed electronically. In cases such as stock issues, technical errors, non-compliance with legislation or objective impossibility of performance, the customer will be informed without delay and any payment collected will be refunded in accordance with applicable legislation.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The current prices shown on the product page and at checkout apply. Taxes, shipping and other mandatory charges are shown separately before payment. Payments are collected through the secure payment providers enabled in the store. Card information may be processed through the secure infrastructure of the relevant payment service provider.

5. DELIVERY
Physical products are delivered to the address provided in the order, while digital content is delivered electronically. Details are set out in the Delivery and Shipping Policy.

6. WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Withdrawal, returns, exchanges and defective goods procedures are governed by the Returns and Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer legislation. These terms do not limit consumers’ statutory rights.

7. DIGITAL CONTENT
E-books are not physical products and are delivered electronically. Immediate delivery of digital content before the withdrawal period expires requires the consumer’s prior express consent. The exception to withdrawal that applies once delivery begins is clearly disclosed before payment. Technical support and a remedy in accordance with applicable legislation are provided for corrupted, incorrect or inaccessible files.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Rights to the brands, designs, texts, photographs, illustrations, books, digital files and other content on this website belong to their respective rights holders. They may not be reproduced, distributed, resold or communicated to the public for commercial purposes without written permission. A purchased e-book is for the customer’s personal use only; sharing it with third parties or reproducing it commercially is prohibited.

9. PROHIBITED USES
The website must not be used for unlawful transactions, deception, intellectual property infringement, circumventing security systems, distributing malware, automated data collection or violating third-party rights.

10. LIABILITY
The website and services are provided with reasonable care. Consumer rights that cannot legally be limited, liability for defective goods and liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence remain unaffected. Consequences arising from an incorrect address, an incorrectly selected variant or incorrect content personally supplied by the user are assessed according to the circumstances and applicable legislation.

12. DISPUTES
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules. Consumers’ statutory rights to seek remedies based on their place of residence remain unaffected.

13. CHANGES
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in legislation, services and store operations. The provisions presented to the customer on the date of the order apply to that order.
